Two Tenryu Technics pick-and place machines can place chips as small as 0402 and as large as 54x54mm, using a full vision recognition system. Up to 120 feeders per machine and a speed of  20000 chips/hr make these units very flexible and productive. These machines are linked to a 12 zone and a 10-zone ovens, and to two semiautomatic and one manual
screen printer.
